Imagine this
Dinner is over. You've had drinks somewhere they've been wanting to try. You head back to the hotel and they think the night is winding down.
Then they open the door.
That's the moment Balloonology® creates.
Step 01
What type of room have you booked?
Tell us where the surprise is happening.
Step 02
Where is your hotel?
We'll use this to show the correct availability and handle the logistics from here.
Choose your location so we can show the right availability for your stay.
Your Celebration, Designed
Design Your Celebration.
You're in complete creative control — and there are two equally welcome ways to use it. Bring inspiration you love and Saph will create something in that style for your space, or hand the thinking over entirely and let Saph design it for you.
Option One — Bring your inspiration
Already saved ideas you love on Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest? Send them to Saph on WhatsApp once your date is secured, and she'll create something in that style — beautifully adapted to your hotel, your room and your colours. You lead the direction; Saph brings the craft.
Option Two — Trust Saph at Balloonology
Prefer not to plan? Simply choose your colour palette and Saph takes the thinking work away entirely — designing your celebration around your hotel, occasion and chosen colours. Most clients choose this, and love being surprised on arrival.
Step 01
Choose your Signature Palette.
Silver foil balloons remain our signature — always.
Step 02
Personalise your celebration.
Tell us the occasion and the words in silver foil. If none of the options are fitting, just write in the field below what you'd like your balloons to say.
Add any name you'd like directly into your silver foil message below.
Displayed in premium silver mylar foil letters as the hero feature of your reveal. Up to 48 characters.
Step 03
Generate your preview.
See a realistic preview of your Balloonology celebration before securing your date.
A planning tool
This preview is here to help you picture colours and wording — not to show your final design. Generate another any time. Every Balloonology celebration is designed and hand-finished in person by Saph, so your real reveal is always beautifully polished.

Discuss a grand gestureWhen they open the door
The reaction is the whole point.
“She actually cried.”
“Saph, you've outdone yourself.”
“She just walked in and is speechless.”
“I've never seen her react like that.”
A note from Saph
You don't need to know exactly what you want. Tell me the hotel, the occasion and a little about who we're celebrating.
If you already have inspiration, I'll adapt it beautifully to your room. If you'd rather hand over the thinking completely, I'll take it from there. The aim is always the same: to create something that feels thoughtful and personal when they open the door.
