Business Identity

One business. Several names you may recognise.

Throughout this website, the names Balloonology®, Balloonology® London and The Occasion Concierge may be used interchangeably.

Balloonology® is the trading business responsible for providing celebration styling, concierge services and event installations.

Balloonology® London refers to the original trading identity and may continue to appear across legacy branding, social media accounts and previous marketing material.

The Occasion Concierge is the premium concierge service operated by Balloonology®.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation Policy and all customer agreements, the terms Balloonology®, Balloonology® London, The Occasion Concierge, “we”, “our” and “us” all refer to the same business unless otherwise stated.

Balloonology® is committed to maintaining an accessible website that can be enjoyed by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This includes considered colour contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive alt text on imagery and sensible heading structure.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As we add new pages and features, we review them for accessibility and welcome feedback from anyone who encounters difficulty using the site.
