Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans occasionally change. This policy explains how deposits, rescheduling and any already-booked third-party costs are handled.
Business Identity
One business. Several names you may recognise.
Throughout this website, the names Balloonology®, Balloonology® London and The Occasion Concierge may be used interchangeably.
Balloonology® is the trading business responsible for providing celebration styling, concierge services and event installations.
Balloonology® London refers to the original trading identity and may continue to appear across legacy branding, social media accounts and previous marketing material.
The Occasion Concierge is the premium concierge service operated by Balloonology®.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation Policy and all customer agreements, the terms Balloonology®, Balloonology® London, The Occasion Concierge, “we”, “our” and “us” all refer to the same business unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. Once a deposit is received, we hold your date, allocate planning time and begin coordination with the hotel or venue.
Refunds are not available for cancellations or a change of mind once a deposit has been paid. However, if your hotel or venue refuses to allow our setup or installation on the booked date, and your celebration cannot go ahead as a result, a refund will be issued.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated wherever reasonably possible, subject to availability. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer you the widest choice of dates.
If we have already booked third-party suppliers on your behalf (such as florists, cakes, photographers or venues), any costs already incurred remain payable. We will always be transparent about what has been committed before confirming a change.
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your celebration due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control (see Force Majeure in our Terms), we will work with you to reschedule. Where rescheduling is not possible, refunds of amounts paid (excluding non-refundable third-party costs) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All rescheduling and cancellation requests should be sent in writing to bookings@balloonologylondon.com so we have a clear record of the request and the timing.
